1. what sizes do you offer?

we currently offer sizes XS–L. on each product page, you will find recommended sizing based on your dog's weight.

2. how do i clean the products?

all items are machine washable on a cold, delicate cycle. we recommend air drying flat — no heat, no bleach.

3. do you offer returns or exchanges?

yes! we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items.

4. how long does shipping take?

most orders ship within 1–3 business days from Georgia. delivery typically takes 3–5 business days via USPS.

5. do you offer free shipping?

yes — enjoy free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50!

6. do you ship internationally?

not at this time. we currently only ship within the U.S.

7. can i edit or cancel my order?

we process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, email us at shopwagley@gmail.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best!

our story

WAGLEY started when I realized the path I thought I’d take, becoming a vet, wasn’t the right fit. so I pivoted, leaned into my marketing background, and built something around what I’ve always loved: dogs. as a dog mom to Honey, I was tired of pet gear that was either overly loud or poorly made. I wanted something simple, stylish, and practical, so I made it myself.

this brand is the result of following a different path than I expected, and building something even better than I imagined!
